-The current Privacy Policy explains how the game functions, what information is gathered and how it is used, some of the ways that it is safeguarded, and how you can request to remove certain data. The Terms of Use covers what you agree to by downloading and using the app. It is Odukeh, LLC's hope that with this information, you can make a well-informed decision when choosing to play the game or utilizing our services. Additionally, before using a website or sending an email please review and agree to the appropriate Terms and Privacy Policy of the provider.

Consent and agreement

-If you do not agree with the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use then please immediately discontinue the use of the app. However, by downloading and using the app, you are stating that you have reviewed and are agreeing to the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What is Odukeh?

-Odukeh is a game created by Odukeh, LLC through the engine Unity by Unity Technologies, and provided to you through Apple Inc.

What data is gathered?

-Through the Apple Developer Program, companies and their developers/associates may receive some data about their applications. Please work with Apple Inc. to learn more about what data is shared with developers, and how to potentially change privacy settings to prevent certain data from being collected. To potentially remove data that Apple Inc. may have collected, please contact Apple Inc.

Submitting information

-Odukeh, LLC requests that you do not submit information to Odukeh, LLC if you are under the age of 13 and if applicable laws and regulations prohibits you from submitting information.

-The current application does not have a feature implemented to contact Odukeh, LLC directly. Odukeh, LLC's current third-party email provider is ProtonMail. Please review and agree to their Privacy Policy (https://protonmail.com/privacy-policy) before choosing to email Odukeh, LLC at help@odukeh.com. Please note that an email can be personally identifiable.

Modification or deletion

-If you wish to modify or delete personally identifiable information, please first review the applicable laws and policies of your jurisdiction before sending a request, as limitations or restrictions may apply to you. To send a request, please email help@odukeh.com with a clear request to delete the personally identifiable information and the necessary information. Please understand that there may be limitations or restrictions to complete certain requests. Such as, if Odukeh, LLC is required by law to hold the data or not enough information was given. Odukeh, LLC will respond if the request was successfully processed, more information is required, or if there is an issue with the request.

-Odukeh, LLC reserves the right and may respond to posts, comments, or reviews about the company or the current game. Please note that reviews can be personally identifiable. If you wish to change or remove your data, please try contacting the provider that you left the post, comment, or review through.

-Odukeh, LLC does not knowingly gather personally identifying information from those under the age of 13. If Odukeh, LLC becomes aware that such information has been gathered, Odukeh, LLC takes appropriate measures to quickly remove the information. However, please understand that Odukeh, LLC will follow different processes and/or disclose information to comply with the laws and law enforcement agencies when required before removing information.

How does Odukeh, LLC safeguard your data?

-Odukeh, LLC considers your information as highly sensitive and confidential. Several safety measures are utilized to protect the information that is sent to Odukeh, LLC. Although your data will not be sold by Odukeh, LLC, please understand: (a) Odukeh, LLC will disclose information/data to comply with the laws and law enforcement agencies when required; (b) If Odukeh, LLC is acquired, merged, or part of the company is sold then data may be transferred with compliance to applicable laws.

Although Odukeh, LLC does not implement cookies in Odukeh, the third parties listed may apply them. Please review the appropriate Terms and Policy pages.

1. By using the app, you agree that you are solely representing yourself and not using Odukeh, LLC's services, app, or website on behalf of another person (unless for the purposes of the third sentence of the following term).

2. You are (a) at least 18 years of age and reached the age of majority in your current jurisdiction or (b) you are legally considered an adult in your current jurisdiction. In addition to (a) or (b), you have the full legal capacity to make a voluntary, informed consent to agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and utilize our services. If you do not meet the requirements, by using the current app the person or persons who have the legal authority and capacity has directly reviewed and agreed, and made a voluntary, informed consent to the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, is accepting any and all responsibility and liability, and will provide supervision and be involved as necessary and required by the laws and regulations that currently apply.

3. You agree that you will not submit information to Odukeh, LLC if you are under the age of 13 and if the current laws and regulations that currently apply prohibits you from submitting information.

4. You agree that you will only use Odukeh, LLC's services and app for purposes that are legal.

5. You agree with the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use statements and understand that there may be errors or mistakes. You agree to notify appropriate individuals of possible errors or issues to ensure that corrections are made.

6. You understand and agree that third parties are utilized for this app and agree to their Privacy Policies. Also, you understand and agree that their policies and practices may not be in-line with Odukeh, LLC's business policies and practices, and are subject to change at any time.

7. You will not utilize Odukeh, LLC's services or use the app if you are by law prohibited from use, or Odukeh, LLC's and the utilized third parties' policies and terms are not in-line with your location, and all applicable laws and policies. This includes but is not limited to being in a State or Country in which the laws for Privacy Policy have more or different laws than what is required in Oregon, USA.

8. You will not hold Odukeh, LLC or any of Odukeh, LLC's members/employees liable, accountable, or financially responsible or ask for compensation in any form for any emotional, physical, mental, financial, physiological, interpersonal, familial, personal, legal, and/or business-related damages, costs, problems, or issues.

9. You will not file a class action and/or private lawsuit against Odukeh, LLC or against any of Odukeh, LLC's members/employees. You agree that you will be responsible for all legal related fees, if the previous sentence is disregarded.

10. You will not hold Odukeh, LLC or any of Odukeh, LLC's members/ employees accountable, liable, or responsible for any app or website related errors, or any charges that may incur through your internet or phone provider for data usage.

11. You agree that you will not tamper, copy, sell, extract code, or otherwise interfere with the current app. Additionally, if you do tamper, copy, sell, extract code, or interfere with the current app, you agree that you will be held accountable and will take full responsibility for all related damages and expenses.

12. You agree that Odukeh, LLC will not be held liable if the app is not functioning properly or has caused errors/problems with your device. You understand and agree that if Odukeh is updated that it may no longer properly function or may result in loss of current progress. You understand and agree that if Odukeh is updated that the function and/or purpose may change.

13. You agree that you are using your device per the instruction manual, and understand that deviations can cause errors within your device or make the device more prone to malicious “hacking”.

14. You agree that the app may be subject to changes at any time, the changes may include but is not limited to changes to the game, designs, and game play, pricing, and in-app features.

15. Through the creative mode, users can create their own puzzles. You understand and agree that you will take full responsibility and liability for any content created and/or shared, while following all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and terms.

16. You agree that you are physically, emotionally, physiologically, and psychologically capable of using the game in a safe manner, and you agree to do so while taking breaks as recommended by experts and healthcare provider/providers.

17. The current game includes animations and cameras that can move, fade, and more. Please take this into consideration before deciding if this game is for you.

18. You agree that should someone other than yourself use the current application, by clicking, I agree, you are accepting any and all responsibility and liability.

19. You agree to discontinue use if there is any cause for concern.

20. You understand and agree that Odukeh, LLC will disclose information/data to comply with the laws and law enforcement agencies when required. Additionally, you understand and agree that if Odukeh, LLC is acquired, merged, or part of the company is sold then data may be transferred with compliance to applicable laws.
